Please agree in prayer with me...

Gracious Lord God and Father, creator of heaven and earth. You are awesome in power and might. Who else has the power to create heaven and earth by the power of His word, who else is like you? I come to you again today in your Son's name, in the name above all names, Jesus the King of Kings and Lord of all Lords. You are merciful and gracious, you alone keep your covenant, you alone are reliable in all you do. You have been merciful and gracious to me, yet I've turned my back on you and your teachings. Your word says that a mans heart is wicked, and my heart oh Lord is more wicked than words can express. I have not been obedient to all your statutes, and I've not given you the rightful place in my life.

The judgments against me are righteous and just, for you are a God of righteousness and justice. I come to you today seeking forgiveness and restoration. Forgiveness for all my sins, and restoration to you, and restoration of my family and my life. If a man can't come to you Lord, what hope is there? If a man can't seek forgiveness from you, what hope does anyone have?

I don't come to you because I'm good enough. I'm not coming to you because I deserve anything at all from you. I come to you because you Lord are a God of great mercy, love and grace. You alone keep your covenant, even when I don't, you alone are reliable, good and true.

Faithful Lord, I come to you in your Son's name, in the name of Jesus, the Christ. It's solely because of the great sacrifice He made I come to you. I ask again great and awesome God, for forgiveness and restoration.

I thank you Father with words that aren't good enough, I thank you with a heart full of doubts and sin. You Lord are bigger than my doubts, and gracious to forgive those who seek you for forgiveness.
