My fundamentalist parents are going to have to come to terms with me being gay. Although since I have not found anyone to share my life with yet, the sex thing is not an issue. My parents think my being happy is to discover Jesus. I don't claim to know who God is. They only know because of their faith. I prefer to believe that I do not know who God is but it is important we all understand that whoever or whatever God is that the Bible and all the other world religions texts are simply mans way to explain God. So taking anything fundamentally whether it be the Bible or the Koran has the potential to produce a bad result. Point in case: 9-11 WTC Tragedy.
If we spent half as much time trying to be happy and less time "thinking" about what is right or wrong, we would be pleasing "God" much more.
