You and your issues are NEVER the issue. Only God is. David is right.

However, I would go one step further and say that (rather, emphasize that) only God/Jesus is the issue. Forget about yourself: it is a non-issue.

Will you sin again? Non-issue.

Will you get it on with some guy again? Non-issue.

Will you give in and jerk off sometime later this month? Non-issue.

Will you have sex with 14 truckers, 5 construction workers, 3 waiters, and that good looking Lab/Collie mix that your neighbor has? Non-issue

Will you go to church 3 Sundays from now? Non-issue

Can you multiply 357 times 258.4 in your head? Non-issue

Does Jesus forgive you? Again, a non-issue (because the focus is on you).

Only God/Jesus is the issue.

With that in mind, get a good night's sleep tonight, and go in and kick some butt tomorrow at work. Not only are your sins paid for, but it's even to the point where anything you think/say/do is not the issue.
